5th Anniversary

Back dated my entry as i was so busy with so many stuffs….interviews and meet ups.

Gabbie and I celebrated our 5th Anniversary in solace. We kept away from town and hunt for somewhere where there’s no crowd.

Gabbie found a new Japanese traditional eating place at West Coast and decided to bring me there to try out. One point to take note of is it is very important to make a Reservation before heading down as the Chef ( a obasan) takes pride in preparing her food and also there is limited sitting in the restaurant.

We didn’t make any reservation(coz we din know of it) but were lucky there were still seats for us.

We order:
quite a popular dish there. Is the Jap style of ‘yong tau fu’. The white raddish is super juicy and tasty.

I had saba fish. The set comes with the cold tou fu, and the fried chicken and cuttle fish (all in bite size).

Tempura prawns. Fresh and crunchy!

Though nothing elaborate, it was nice, quiet and simple. That’s what both of us like.
